We are expanding our Business and hence we are looking for a HR Executive who can recruit experienced PHP developers and SEO executives and achieve Monthly targets
Candidate Profile and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must have excellent command over English, both written and verbal.
- A hand on experience in IT recruitment is a must; he/ she should constantly identify new sources of recruitment.
- Work profile includes conducting Induction programs, employee morale and Motivation, Payroll, and Leave maintenance.
- The candidate should be proficient to source trainees for PHP and SEO training courses conducted by the company in order to meet the monthly targets.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have gathered similar experience while working with training institutes.
- The candidate should be able to handle the work related grievances of the employees as and when needed.
- The candidate should be able to take care of the day to day administration of the office.
- The candidate should be a graduate; MBA (HR) will be preferred.
- Exposure to IT recruitment.
- Will be preferred if he/ she is conversant with web related technologies.
