Job Overview

Role

• Create PSDs for visual layout of web pages and convert each design into HTML and CSS
• Create mock-ups for proposed project pages and update them as needed
• Develops visual content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists; designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
• Maintains site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards
• Uses logical and creative UI/UX layouts to design webpages and bring out the brand personality
• Designing diverse Digital visual content for website, social media campaigns and other channels of online engagements
• Creating and executing design concepts and developing artwork for a variety of Multimedia activities
• Ensuring consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project developmentEnsuring to understand thoroughly and follow the branding guidelines and apply them on designs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Web Designer/Graphic Designer

• 2-4 years of work experience in designing website for brands and products
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Expertise in Wire framing tools, Prototyping Tools.
• Good knowledge of color theory, Fonts, Typography, User Flow, Reading patterns
• Experience with user interface design patterns for sophisticated themes and layouts.
• Basic knowledge of software languages such as, Core php, WordPress, and Javascript, Photoshop and Dreamweaver, and Jquery
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, color theory, typography and design standards
• Basic knowledge of CSS3 and HTML52+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
• Experience working with websites and marketing collaterals.
• Adaptive design eye and skillAbility to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
