Infosys, India Holiday List 2016
Infosys is in the news for policy changeover. Sometime back, it removed the dress code. Most recently, it changed the stringent working hours in office. Earlier, even if you stepped out of your desk, your time in office was deducted. Once Vishal Sikka Joined, he has made changes in the policies. Now people can work from home few hours in a week. Vishal is trying to inculcate the start up work culture. The employees are happy about the change in policies. People are allowed to club the declared company Holidays with their vacation.
