It was a great opportunity being a final year students from the background of finance and marketing, we were informed 2 days ago for the combined campus interview in sindhi college. All the pupils were asked to reach college by 9:30 am sharp dressed up in formals & to carry a copy of resume along with us.

The pupil at least have to score 60% in there exams over all to attend the interview. Going there we were asked to move towards auditorium for the company introduction and the process explanation for the interview that day. Interview was divided into 3 rounds. Both higher and Graduate students were treated same as it was same designation for both.

1^st Round: Aptitude Test

Test was for 1 hour included 60 question. Type of question included in was Accountancy 60%, grammar 10%, mathematics 20%, and personal skills 10%. Cut off marks to go further was 80% compulsory.

2^nd Round: HR Round

The selected students were later introduced for 2 HR who were above to take their round. This round included personal introduction, & pick a topic and speak, they just wanted to check our ability of speaking and communication process along with body language.

Topics were: Market headlines for the day, personal interest & future planned for next 5 years.

3^rd Round: Technical Round

The pupils who cleared there 2 rounds were asked to walk down for the final in the company campus as the time turned into evening late.

This round was at least for 20 mins per candidate: the questions fully were followed by accountancy. The round was tuff. The combination of questions is below:

1. Method of journal entries.
2. Uses of accountancy standards
3. Trail balance
4. Balance amount handled from both the credit and debit side.
5. Balance sheet drawing.
6. P & L A/c.
