1st Round:

Quantitative Aptitude and reasoning and verbal written test: 

There were 25 questions. duration 30 mins. difficulty : medium. one marks each with no negative marking. cut off was around 12.

2nd Round:

Group Discussion:

In the beginning all were asked to introduce themselves. Then group discussion went for around 20-30 minutes. All were given a chance to speak. Main focus was on confidence of the person and communication skill.

topics were general like corruption, effects of social media on newspaper. love marriage vs arranged marriage, no one wants government service but wants govt. job.

3rd Round:

Technical Interview:

Basic questions on all the subjects were asked. One has to be good at least one subject to answer all the questions from there .Rest if you dont know then you can assure that you can master before joining them. They mainly focus on Logical thinking of the person rather than checking the syntax for each and every code. Dbms queries, unix questions and pattern printing were main things. Puzzles were asked to check the thought process of the person. Depending upon on your skills it can go from 5 minutes to 30 minutes.

4th Round:

HR Round:

Basic questions to check the confidence of the person were asked.

• Tell me something about yourself.
• Tell about family background.
• Why did you join this college.
• Is this your first interview, if no then details about previous interviews, if yes then what went went wrong with other companies.
• Where do you see yourself in next 3-5 years.
• What are your hobbies. have you ever thought of pursuing your hobby as career, if yes what have you done till now to do so .
• What is one moral value on which you would never compromise.
• Why did you choose engineering. (if you say because your parents said so, then they will cross question your decision making ability)
• Do you want to go for further studies.

According to them training will be given for 2 months after joining if the person doesn’t have knowledge about subject matter. If the person knows the things then he will directly be put into project.
