HCL Campus Interview Process 2016

Criteria : 60% throughout required for HCL Campus Interview Process
Stream :  All stream were eligible
CTC:   2.75 LPA
There were 4 rounds
Round 1) Written test
Round 2  ) Voice And Accent Test
Round 3 ) Technical Interview
Round 4) Hr interview

Round 1) Written test.  ( 20 marks )

• Time allotted was 10 min.
• Number of questions 20.
• 10 questions was aptitude and 10 questions were verbal . Questions were easy.

Tips : Go through work and distance type questions . Questions are easy but you have to be fast to clear the cut off .

Round 2) Voice And Accent Test : ( 10 min)

• In this round each student has given one topic and he has to speak about it around 1 min.
• Basically in this round they will test your communication skills .
• They are judging how confidently you are speaking and what are points you are speaking .
• Take this round seriously so many people got rejected in this round.

Round 3) Technical Interview  ( 30 mins )

• First questions tell me about yourself  ?
• Second questions was related to my project . Technical questions related to my project ?
• Then he asked What is the difference between router and a modem? Explain in detail ?
• What is difference between C and C++ ?
• What is Inheritance programs?
• Then he asked one puzzle In which one diagram was there in which he asked how many triangle is there.

Tips : Go through your project there will be lot of questions on your technical project And basic questions related to C and C++.

Round 4) Hr round  ( 20 mins)

• Tell me about Yourself?
• Why do you want to join HCL There so many other software company?
• Can you work 24 hours when needed ?
• Can you tell me the difference between hard-work and Smart- Work ?
• Are Ready for relocation when needed ?
• What’s your strength ?
