What does a Holiday mean to a BPO employee

During the School Days, our day started with a prayer and “Thought of the day” This isn’t relevant to the lifestyle of a BPO employee.
This is her “Thought of the Night”

Recently a BPO employee in Mumbai  got a holiday for Ganesh Chaturthi. She was not sure whether she should be happy to get holiday at night when the festival is celebrated during the day. She obviously can’t celebrate the festival in shift !!

In the quest to work 24X7 the entire BPO industry faces the situation of “Aata Majhi Satakli”
